Sixteen years chasing hundredths
Henrique Rodrigues swam the 200 individual medley for Brazil at two Olympic Games. He is a Pan American champion: gold in Toronto 2015 with a Games record of 1:57.06, the third fastest time in the world that year, and a World Championship finalist in Kazan.
Sixteen years of high performance taught him where speed really comes from. Technique is the part of the sport that matters most, and the part almost no swimmer gets honest feedback on. SwimLytic is that experience turned into software: film a lap, and the kind of frame-by-frame analysis he relied on as a professional runs right on your phone, pointing out exactly what to fix.
“Races are won in technique.”
